The first problem is that job seekers spend only thirty minutes every day in job search, which is wrong. To get the best job, it is important to spend more time on searching than on TV. For this problem, there is no single answer as to why the candidate is not getting to the interview. The answer could be the presentation, the wrong resume, style of talking or any other thing. So make sure you present yourself well with the proper and concise resume along with other requirements.
